duplicate and set to screen. then go to hue/saturation/lightness and set it to these settings: hue: -22, saturation: 36, lightness-30...make sure it's on master and that colorize is checked off

duplicate base, desatarate and set to screen. drag to the top.

make an exlusion layer and fill with #010B0A at 100% opacity

new layer, softlight, fill with #E9B5CB 72% opacity

new layer burn 100% #CCDFDB

new layer burn 100% #9EC4E4

duplicate last burn layer and then erase from parts you don't want it on...like from the background

new layer softlight 50% fill with #FEF4F5

you can stop here or keep going

make a new layer and set it to overlay...fill with #A58E9D and make it 100%
