The answer is yes, people, I was horrifically bored when I did this. It's for PSP8, but it's transferrable to other programs. Oh well, whatever...now I have a cool dead looking icon which I think is rad...dead people are rad...yea I'm weird like that...the original image is found here, and it's Charlize Theron. NOTE: I have used two icon texures/gradients in this tutorial and I DO NOT know who made them. If you made them please comment here and I will be happy to credit you.

How to get the rain effect on your icons, using PSP 8 and Animation Shop 3, such as this:



I've been looking for how to make this effect on icons using PSP 8, but couldn't find any, so I sat there at my computer and I figured it out myself, because I am so sexy. I think I saw this somewhere before....like a friend showed me or something, but...alas....I forgot who :'(
